We use a controlled sequence to protect the refinery, the buyer, and the integrity of the transaction.

  1. Submit the requirement

    The buyer provides product, specification, volume, destination, supported transaction or delivery basis, timing, and payment instrument.

  2. Qualify the buyer

    We establish authority, corporate standing, transaction role, and commercial capability before engagement advances.

  3. Coordinate with the refinery

    A complete requirement is presented through the mandate channel for availability and commercial review.

  4. Progress the transaction

    Qualified parties move into the applicable refinery procedure, documentation, due diligence, and contracting sequence.
